So power floating is done when your concrete is freshly laid and allowed a few hours to set. When we float the current it creates a smooth surface which many customers are rather happy with most of the time, especially if they aren't fully aware of the difference between this and polished.

If you want further polishing, this is done with a diamond grinder at least 28 days after the concrete has been laid, and you can choose the shine you want. There are multiple ways of going about this, you can choose a matte effect, an exposed aggregate effect, or even just a high sheen result.

These floors are modern, elegant, yet tough. You're not going to have to worry about upkeeping them because we lay them right, and in the case of polishing, we'll seal the end result to prevent moisture problems.

  • The smooth, reflective surface gives your garage a premium look, transforming it from a dull, industrial space into a polished, professional environment.
  • Polished concrete is designed to withstand heavy vehicle traffic, dropped tools, and constant use without cracking or wearing out.
  • Unlike other flooring options that require regular sealing or special treatments, polished concrete only needs a quick sweep and occasional mop to stay looking its best. It naturally resists dust, dirt, and oil stains, making it ideal for garages.
  • Standard concrete floors often produce concrete dust over time, but polished concrete eliminates this issue. Additionally, its sealed surface prevents moisture absorption, reducing the risk of dampness and mold.
